What you will do
In collaboration with colleagues, you will develop, implement, track, and optimise our digital presence across all channels. Your goal is to build brand awareness and foster engagement with Aleido’s offerings and expertise. As part of the Aleido group communications team, you will work closely with communications, aftermarket information, learning solutions, and HR. Your responsibilities include:
Digital strategy:
Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation, supporting both recruitment and sales.
Set up and manage the marketing tech stack to support these efforts.
Analytics and reporting:
Establish KPls and monitor performance, using data to inform and optimise marketing strategies and campaigns.
Generate reports on key metrics, offering insights for continuous improvement.
Adjust strategies based on data analysis and feedback.
Set-up and monitor lead nurturing and marketing automation flows.
Digital channel management:
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising, in collaboration with the Content Specialist.
Manage and optimise the corporate website for user experience and SEO, and support localisation efforts.
Provide support and training for local web editors.
Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for potential adoption.
Who you are
Experienced in digital marketing, with a proven track record in leading integrated campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Highly creative, skilled at identifying target audiences and crafting engaging digital campaigns.
Proficient in optimising landing pages, user funnels, and building marketing automation flows in tools like HubSpot.
Solid knowledge of website and social media analytics tools e.g GA4, Looker Studio, Google search console, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Proficient in both Swedish and English, in written and oral communication.
