Job Description
Do you want to be part of our new and disruptive global beauty destination & brand where your actions make a difference? Do you want to take on an exciting active hands-on role creating and building our beauty community? Then you might be our new Content Creator & Social Media Specialist.

As Content Creator & Social Media Specialist you will be the creative powerhouse responsible for social media content production, infusing your passion for beauty into every piece of content making sure we stay ahead of trends, produce captivating and entertaining content that sparks engagement and connection with our audience.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for spotting opportunities to capture engaging content, as well as feeling comfortable and confident to represent our brand in front of the camera. You will also oversee the content publishing as well as fostering a growing community.

Key responsibilites:

Plan and produce entertaining social media content for TikTok and Instagram based on H&M Beauty’s commercial plan, including the ideation part of the process.
Ensure all content is on brand and aligned with the company’s objectives and target audience.
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, tagging products, and monitoring and optimizing content performance.
Interact with our community by actively engaging with our followers and participating in relevant conversations (with help from our customer service team).
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the campaign process and deadlines are followed.
We are looking for you who have experience from:

Content creation for TikTok and Instagram and community management, preferably in a similar industry.
Using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
InDesign, Photoshop and Excel
Excellent knowledge of photo and video editing (Adobe CC)
Coordinating and collaborating with various teams towards common goals
We are looking for you who:

Has a passion for and user experience of the TikTok platform.
Stays up to date with the latest social media/beauty trends and features, leveraging industry best practices to reach and grow the young beauty customer
Has a social media/content creation degree and/or 1-2yrs work experience.
Is communicative, structured, and flexible.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Has an eye for color, shape, lighting, and attention to details
Has an agile and hands-on working approach, is quick to action and appreciates varied tasks.
As a person, you are curious, open-minded, and humble. You enjoy working with different people and functions and always see possibilities and improvements. Your problem-solving attitude and the ability to adapt to new and sometimes undefined conditions is essential.

This is a fulltime position based at our Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
