We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist

Spiideo is the leading provider of automated broadcasting cloud-based solutions for video analysis and streaming of sports. With an entirely new way of recording, sharing, and analyzing sports performance and producing sports for streaming, Spiideo has a unique position in the market. Our solution strikes the perfect balance between performance, simplicity, and accessibility. Today, Spiideo is used by hundreds of organizations globally, including some of the world’s largest and most well-known professional and collegiate teams. Our customers can typically be found in team sports like soccer, basketball, ice hockey, field hockey, handball, lacrosse, etc.


We are looking to expand the Spiideo team further with the addition of a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Malmö, Sweden. In this role, you will optimize the Spiideo website, SEO, execute and build paid ad campaigns across Spiideo’s various global segments.

Your goal will be to increase leads and opportunities in Spiideo’s key market segments via paid channels. With both brand awareness and conversion in mind, you’ll work closely with demand generation, marketing and sales team to create data-driven campaigns. This is a full-time role with hybrid flexibility to work from either the office or home.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Spiideo, you will:

Manage and optimize the Spiideo web profile, building processes for continous updates to Spiideo’s SEO and conversion tactics.
Work in WordPress to maintain plug-ins and A/B test optimal CTA’s, user journeys, etc.
Create and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other various channels.
Give data-driven feedback to the marketing team on campaign assets such as landing pages, display ads, videos, and copy.
Coordinate and implement the execution of lead generation ad campaigns with our demand generation, marketing, and sales leadership.
Build dashboards within Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics to make reporting seamless and actionable.
Contribute to a positive team environment of equity and inclusion
What we are looking for:

A certified WordPress expert
Familiar with tools for conversion optimization and A/B testing
An expert at building and executing ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and various other channels.
Track record from similar roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS or eCommerce companies
An agile team member who thrives at building data-driven campaigns that hit key KPI’s.
A data-driven mindset who is always iterating and adjusting based on analytical insight.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Pardot
A team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams
A willing learner for new tools and processes, including Pardot and Salesforce
Track record from similar roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS, agency, or eCommerce
Great communication skills, including both written communication and presentation skills
Curious and self-motivated with a positive, team first attitude
Adaptive to working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

This role is based in Malmö, where we have a healthy mix of being at our office in the city center at Lilla Torg in Malmö and remote. You will report to VP of Sales who is based in Denver, Colorado and the VP of Marketing who is based in Malmö, Sweden.
